Mobile device management

During my time at KONE, I was heavily involved with mobile device management. I've worked with Honeywell Enterprise Mobility and Tangoe, and I supported end-users.

I created a "Tech Tip" series of short videos to introduce employees at The Midland Group to the Google suite of products. 

I created several "DigITalk" micro-learning modules to teach KONE's Field Technicians how to use apps and sites on their mobile devices.

I created eLearning for Zeta Global to teach their sales team how to use Highspot.  

I love using new technology, and I love teaching others how to use it too!
